PAYMENT METHODS *
 | The idea behind forming PHROnLine was to make it quicker and easier to purchase items from the Principality of Hutt River and to make payments easier, quicker and cheaper for payment of both purchases and the payment of Government fee's and charges. |
| To this end payment can be made by direct deposit (including via on-line banking) to the Principality of Hutt River "PHR On-Line" bank account through it's banking partner the National Australia Bank. |

The Principality of Hutt River
is happy to advise that Paypal is now accepted as a payment method for
all purchases made direct from this Principality via PHR-OnLine as well
as for Government Fees or Charges, but only via a PHR PAYPAL INVOICE!. It is hoped that the addition of this
service will now enable most payments to PHR to be effected much more
easily and with lower account charges on transactions.
All purchases/payments will need
to receive a Paypal invoice from PHR-OnLine prior to payment using this
method and an invoice will be raised on request.
A small account charge may apply for the
use of Paypal to help offset the charges incurred by PHR for accepting
some Paypal payments, any such charge will be disclosed when applicable.
Payments may still of course be
effected by direct bank deposit methods and PHR still accepts mail
orders via it's mail order department which is separate to PHROnLine.. (Payment conditions
and other details are stated on the mail order forms and in
the relevant website sections).
Please note however that
Paypal is not available for mail orders.

| Since Direct Deposit is the preferred method of payment from Australians we will include a bonus for all Australian purchases who use Direct Deposit for payments, this bonus will vary from time to time and applies to sales only, not for the payment of Government fee's or charges. |
| It is ESSENTIAL when making payment by on-line or direct deposit to include your name in the deposit field so that we can identify you payment otherwise long delays may occur as we try to identify rogue payments that appear. |
| PHROnLine will happily receive orders (happy to e-mail answers to questions and offer advice etc) as well as receive and confirm the receipt of payments. |
| Despatch will be via PHR Post so it should be noted that we do not have facilities for pre-paid satchels etc but only operate with standard style postal mail such as envelopes and parcels. PHR post generally ships out of the Principality twice a week and is carried by other relevant postal services to the required delivery destination, PHR Post operates inside the principality only so cannot be held responsible for delivery times once items have left the Principality. |
