22nd December 2007 Greetings to you all! Once again Christmas is almost upon us and time to look back over the year which has been another busy one for the Principality. A year that I am very happy with. We must thank all of our representatives
around the world who devote much time and energy in the support and
advancement of the Principality. Without this support little would be
achieved and our ever strengthening position would not advance as well as
it does. Here in Nain we now begin to wind down
so that we can celebrate the festive season and to take a short, well
earned break, in order to return in 2008 ready and refreshed to continue
on our journey. We will return to full working capacity from 7th January, so please remain patient if waiting answers to mail or e-mails or awaiting decisions etc from our various offices as our staff truly deserve their well earned, though short break. Our thoughts go out to all those people
of all Nations serving in areas of conflict and strife with the wish that
peace may return soon to those areas and that people will one day soon
learn to live in peace and harmony and understanding with each other. Please remember to stay safe, drive carefully and most importantly give thought and help to those less fortunate than yourself and let's all help make this Holiday Season one of true "Joy and Happiness". Merry Christmas to you all from Myself
and Princess Shirley and all of us here at the Principality, may you all
enjoy the holiday season with your families in a safe and wonderful
manner. Our Best Wishes to you all!

26th August 2007 Greetings to you all! In contemplating the law with regards
our actions to obtain a Treaty between the Commonwealth of Australia and
the Principality of Hutt River I came across an anomaly of such size and
proportion that I have expended a great deal of time and energies delving
deep into the Australian and British laws. BEFORE a Treaty between The Principality of Hutt River and the Commonwealth of Australia can be considered, the issue of lapsed citizenship for Australians born before January 1st 1949 must be dealt with. When Great Britain promulgated the British Nationality Act 1949 effective from January 1, 1949, citizenship was removed from all people of the British Colonies, including Australia, making them stateless persons. The Australian Parliament compounded the error by passing the Australian Citizenship Act 1948, which stipulated that all persons born in Australia after and including January 26, 1949, from then had Australian citizenship. This then left some eight million people without citizenship. In 1973 the Australian
Parliament amended the Australian Citizenship Act and removed all
reference to “Britishness”. This means that no Treaty signed by a stateless person could be legally held to be binding on the People of Australia. It is worthy to consider
that all those who went to war for Australia and on their return were
generally cheered as conquering heroes – some of them died, many have died
since, others are still alive – were rewarded by the removal of their
citizenship. I call for an apology to be made by the Sovereign and for the situation to be rectified. We would be willing to meet whoever has lawful authority to assist to resolve all matters whereby a lawful treaty might be effected.

Archive: 21st June 2007 Greetings! I, along with my wife Princess Shirley,
would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the magnificent
Celebrations that were held here in the Principality and for the
attendance and communications received from so many friends around the
world on both the occasion of our Diamond Wedding Anniversary and the 37th
Anniversary of the Principality. THANKYOU to you all! As many of you may be aware, I recently spent 5 days in Geraldton Regional Hospital in Western Australia with a severe bronchial infection which, I am informed, approached pneumonia which when coupled with my emphysema was very worrying and I was extremely ill. It is my desire to express my sincere
and heartfelt thanks to the Doctors, nurses and general staff of Ward 11
at the Geraldton Regional Hospital for their prompt and constant attention
and vigilance as well as the most professional care one could want, the
result of which enabled me to return home to the Principality where I am
now on the road to recovery.

The weekend will also see the presence of a Television Crew from Channel ARD-1 Germany, who will be here filming over the entire celebration weekend, this same TV channel was last in the Principality 20 years ago and on that occasion spent a week with us filming and interviewing etc. One of the highlights of the weekend will be some Investitures that will be taking place in the Chapel of Nain on Saturday 07/04/2007; these are awards to some very deserving individuals. On the weekend of the 21st April we will be having the pleasure of a visit from a number of our European Representatives and also another television film crew, this time from France. It should be noted that French Television has also previously filmed within the Principality. On both of these weekends various other functions and events will be happening, these events to be advertised via the website and other avenues and we would like to extend our invitation to all to attend and help us celebrate this special "Dual Celebration"!
Archive: 12th January 2007 Greetings! 2006 was a very busy year for Hutt and saw many projects completed whilst other projects were commenced and others advanced further on the drawing boards. The new reception building is now complete and the campers kitchen area about 3/4 finished but already operational with a gas BBQ. The building of the
'Pyramid Of Hutt',
a 5.3 metre timber frame pyramid atop brick footings and containing a
Kings Chamber, or as it is called by many today, a "healing table" has
been completed and you will shortly read of it on the website. We will also be announcing shortly, the availability of "charged" solid crystal pyramids and a wide range of other crystal tools and formations all "charged" within the 'Pyramid of Hutt'. In late 2006 I did cause an expedition
to venture into the mountains of India and the Himalayas to gather a large
collection of specifically chosen crystals, some of which we have had cut
and carved and then hand polished into beautiful solid pyramids of
crystal. Each piece of crystal will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity card signed by myself, detailing the crystal piece and the fact that it has been "charged" in the 'Pyramid of Hutt', there will also be available a range of lovely crystal bracelets "charged" at only $5.00 a piece. Many projects are already underway for completion throughout 2007, projects which include the release by April (date to be announced) of a special collectors limited edition 37th anniversary commemorative coin and within a similar time-frame, the release of a set of 5 coins depicting my Arms of Achievement as well as the Arms of our 4 sons.
